BarkSuite started in a small Australian studio when a groomer friend told us she was spending three evenings a week on WhatsApp instead of with her family. Her phone was barking louder than the dogs.

We tried every existing booking tool out there. They were either too heavy, too generic, or so focused on human hair salons you'd think dogs had never invented the appointment. So we rolled up our sleeves (and our lint rollers) and built our own — opinionated, deliberately small, and shaped by hundreds of conversations with working groomers around the world.

That same groomer friend became our first beta user, unofficial planner, and chief chaos-wrangler. She and her clients adapted faster than a poodle at a blow-dry — no more WhatsApp pile-ups, no more broken spreadsheets held together by hope and highlighter. Just bookings that actually bark back.
